The search for the successful executive incorporates extensive research, industry knowledge, the utilization of a fully computerized database of prospective executives, and universally accessible video conferencing centers.

We begin the search by exploring our computerized database. Every entrant is screened by a personal interview previous to their admittance into the Kenzer database system. Once in the system the profile and information about the executive is updated on a regular basis. These updates are universally available to all Kenzer executive recruiters. Not only does this database include prospective candidates but it also holds a wide variety of personal contacts formed over years of business experience. All executives are evaluated in reference to those technical requirements and personal qualities that the cultural setting of your company desires.

To expedite the search and cut costs considerably, Kenzer employs the use of onsite-video-conferencing which can be linked to any other video conferencing center. Those who pass this initial screening are re-interviewed and compared to other possible candidates on a numeric grid. When the motivations and objectives for employment are assessed we submit them for in-depth face-to-face interviews with your management team. The evaluation legwork we do beforehand allows you to utilize the interview time efficiently.

Before your initial meeting with the executive, we provide you with a detailed resume, outlining the executive's business experience and our evaluation of the candidate's strengths, weaknesses, management style and personality profile. When you meet the prospective employee you will be interviewing a fully screened individual.

When you choose your executive, Kenzer Corp. can provide for any and all pre-hiring services. These services such as, psychological tests, medical exams, reference security and credit checks as well as earnings verification are part of the complete search process. When necessary, Kenzer can even negotiate terms of hire.
