Ruth Greenberg rejoined Kenzer Corp in January of 2005, after two years as Director of Merchandising for a privately owned women's specialty retailer. Prior to this, Ruth spent two years as a Managing Director with Redwood Partners International, an executive search firm serving growth companies as well as established enterprises whose focus is in emerging technologies and the information technology sectors.

Before Ruth joined Redwood, she spent 4 years as a Senior Executive Search Consultant with Kenzer Corp. Ruth's search experience includes the disciplines of Finance, Logistics, Merchandising, Manufacturing, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Successes include VP Logistics-$2 billion Mass Merchant; SVP Merchandise Planning & Allocation and SVP/GM Retail Division-International Entertainment Retailer; numerous DVP Merchandising positions-Specialty and Mass Retailers; VP Product Development - Specialty Retailer; VP Manufacturing-$300 million Clothing Manufacturer. Ruth has executed CEO, President, and SVP Sales, Marketing and Business Development level searches for companies in the information technology and Internet industries.

Preceding her work in executive search, Ruth spent eight years in the retail and manufacturing industries where she held senior management positions at Bonaventure Textiles USA, and Federated Department Stores.

Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NorthEastern University.
