Lisa Evans brings extensive experience in the service and hospitality industries in addition to a strong background in multi-unit retailing. Most recently she served as Chief Operating Officer of Best Friends Pet Care, the first chain of pet boarding and grooming facilities in the U.S. Prior to joining Best Friends, Lisa served as Vice President Operations of Opti-World and Director of Human Resources for Eyelab, Inc.

Lisa was a member of the original management team for Eyelab, the world’s first eyewear department store and was responsible for professionalizing and standardizing operations at Best Friends Pet Care. She has been involved in start-ups, re-engineering projects and efficiency maximization.

Lisa brings 25 years of experience leading operations in very unique businesses. Her success was a direct result of attracting and retaining top notch people.

She holds a BA degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.

Lisa is a Senior Associate in our South Florida Office. She conducts executive searches at all levels in retailing, wholesaling and manufacturing.
