Jan Wilcox joined Kenzer Corp. in 1985. Jan's search experience includes engagements in retail, consumer products, wholesale/manufacturing, sourcing, financing, merchandising, marketing, operations, human resources, and IT, among others. Her searches have included CFOs, COOs, Presidents, Merchandising Executives, Finance Executives, mid-level Operations Executives and buyers in companies ranging from $40 million to multi-billion dollar retailers, as well as start-up companies.

Prior to joining Kenzer, Jan was the Human Resource Director of Administration and Employee Relations, for more than 14 divisions, at B.A.T.U.S. Retail, New York ($14 billion dollar holding company). Before the B.A.T.U.S. acquisition, Jan's 20-year relationship with Saks Fifth Avenue began as the Human Resources Director in Detroit, and extended to, Branch Store Operations Manager in Cleveland and Branch Store Merchandise Manager in Chicago.

Jan holds a BFA in Fine Arts.
