Joel Serota first joined Kenzer Corp. in 1995. Joel's search experience includes placing CEO's, President of a $2 billion mass discounter, COO's, Vice President's, CIO's, CMO's in engagements which comprise a broad spectrum of industries and position's; retail, catalog, automotive, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, financial, fragrance and cosmetics, commercial equipment rental, healthcare products, manufacturing, distribution, and the building industry

Before rejoining Kenzer Corp in 2004 , Joel was a Vice President of People Management NE, Senior Manager of International Profit Associates and National Director, Business Development - Government Projects for Cultec, Inc.

Prior to entering the search business Joel was a principal in Serota Corp. a textile and apparel sales consulting firm, a Director of Operations for Mamark, an importing premium manufacturing company and President of Mundi Premium Group where he was responsible for the design and sales of premiums used by Fortune 500 Companies and marketing/advertising agencies representing their clients on special events.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University, School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance.
