Elaine Erickson is the President and Chief Operating Officer. Her responsibilities include the corporation's marketing thrust and the supervision of the New York office.

Elaine joined the company in January 1977 as an associate. In 1980, she opened Kenzer Corp.'s first branch office located in Dallas. This office grew substantially during the 16 years Elaine managed the office both in sales volume and number of associates. The primary focus of the Dallas office during Elaine's tenure was retail, hospitality and manufacturing.

In 1989, Elaine took over the management of the Atlanta office as well. Again, the volume and staff doubled in size. The search focus was on retailing, manufacturing and the food industry.

As of March 1996, Elaine relocated to New York City to take on the role of Executive Vice President.

Her areas of search specialization are senior level searches and assisting associates through the search processes.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Various management positions at Bamberger's New Jersey Division of Macy's.
