Carole joined Kenzer in 1994. Carole has worked on mid level thru senior level (CEO and COO) searches for a wide variety of clients from small family owned businesses to some of the largest corporations in America. Her industry expertise covers retail, hospitality, Big 5 Consulting, Oil and Gas, Wholesale Grocery and other service related businesses and covers all functional areas.

Prior to joining Kenzer, Carole spent 20+ years in corporate America including three years as Vice President of Human Resources for Lincoln Hotels and six years as Director of Human Resources for Loew's Corporation's Loews Anatole Hotel in Dallas, TX. She also held management level positions in computer services, aerospace and retail companies.

Carole has an MS in Counseling from San Diego State University and a BA in Psychology, with Honors and Distinctions from San Diego State University.
