Bob Jacobs
joined Kenzer Corp. in 1998. His search experience ranges from Field Management thru the Corporate Officer level. Some of his search assignments include the placing of Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Real Estate, Vice President - Human Resources and a variety of store managers, district managers and regional managers, as well as placements in the entire merchandising arena.
Prior to joining Kenzer after three years in his own executive search business Bob was the Vice President - Human Resources at Ames Department Stores for 11 years where he directed the executive recruitment, organizational planning and diversity program. Bob also had 21 years of experience in a variety of Field, Operational, Merchandise and Human Resources positions with Barker/Kings Department Stores.
Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
